I have been in the Towing and Recovery business since I was 14 Years old and to this day, with all the changes in technology, towing has one rule if it is stuck pull it out, if it doesn't move on it's own then move it. there is always a way to do the job.
There are some people out there that would be great operators if you could get them out of the old way of thinking and bring them into the new towing era take out the fears of the old and they would prosper as recovery artists.
In the past I have had the opportunity to work with the best, in doing so I have learned tricks that have made me great, every time I think I've reached the top I meet a new person who not only respects me for my knowledge but is able to, not only learn from me but to teach me as well. Those are the people I try to surround my self in every day.
Starting every day I will write a small story about the wonderful people I've met and helped. through out my last 16 years thanks for reading.

Today, I realized how hard tow truck drivers truly work. Including all the differant types of towing, there may be. The type of towing I have always done was incident scene management. In other words, accidents and anything they may need a tow truck for. To move something or hold something never limited. A tow truck driver, well a true tow truck driver will do any thing he feels safe doing with the truck as long as he gets to come home at the end of the shift. They tend to love their job with tons of passion regardless of the fact they rarely get to be a part of their own families. But the smiles I have received and the the thanks i have gotten over the years I love this work and always will. And some day I hope to get to meet every tow truck operator out there whom understands what i'm saying today thanks for reading my post and thanx for understanding the true passion of the business.

Thank you for the work you do. I can't even begin to count the number of times my fiancee and I have been helped by a driver, and I'm sure there will be many, many more.
